Technical Documentation Revamp
over 4 years ago by Adam Atawneh
Hello there!
It's been a while since we have updated our technical documentation and you might be wondering what the loose term "technical" refers to here? Well, technically speaking, we mean our How To guides and our API specifications
Rest assured we have been working behind the scenes to make things better and we are happy to provide you a summary of what has changed:
New API reference specifications
- The new API specifications can now be found here: https://developer.assemblypayments.com/reference
- Our existing URL: https://reference.assemblypayments.com/ will now redirect to the new API specifications
- We now have a new page explaining our Authentication model
- We have updated all code specs to include the most relevant returned payloads
- Removed references to no longer supported APIs (such as invoice and escrow related APIs)
- Included a new section for Draft APIs (Not Released). These APIs are under development. Examples of these are BPay and new asynchronous models for make payment operations
New material in our guides section
- BPAY Payins workflow]
- Real Time Payins Workflow
- Real Time Payouts Workflow
- Removed references to no longer supported workflows (such as escrow)
- Updated sample payloads in our Callbacks section
- Overall updates to fix broken links and typos
As always if you have any questions please feel to reach out to us at: [email protected]
